lemon/ribbit's commission terms of service and buyer permissions

Please read this before taking a commission from me for the first time

[✦ By commissioning me you agree to the Terms of Service, Terms of                    Use and will abide by the Buyer Permissions ✦]What do these Terms of Service entail?
For the sake of staying professional these terms are working while you use the commission item. If you do not meet these terms I'll decide the penalty from case to case.What are the Buyer Permissions for?
To clear up any and all confusion of what you as a buyer can and cannot do with a commissioned item.What happens if a buyer does not abide by Terms of Service, Terms of Use of abuses the Buyer Permissions?
Doing so will prohibit the buyer from profiting from any of the commissioned items meanwhile I, the artist, can still promote myself and profit from the artwork in any way I see fit.                              Terms of Service & Terms of Use
✦ Terms of Service for commissioning me are in effect from the moment you order the commission item✦ Commission items are still my intellectual property therefore I can use them for any and all promitional work I wish.✦ When commissioning me you are admitting to being 18 or older or that you have parental consent for the item(s) you have purchased
i. I am not responsible for any conflicts that may appear because of any of my commission item(s).✦ If no deadline is given to me I will take the time I require to find a suitable time to start and finish the commission.
i. The commissioner is responsible for setting a reasonable deadline for the commission.
ii. Deadlines set less than a week after the commission is accepted can be postponed to up to a month depending on the level of detail requested in the commission item(s).✦ Commissioned items are not to be used for commersial use, i.e. used as Twitch emotes, purchaseable prints or posters, etc., unless the additional commercial fee has been payed for.Updates to these Terms of Service will not be applied to commission items made before the update

                                       Buyer Permissions
✦ Personal use of the commissioned item(s), i.e. use as profile pictures, personal prints and posters, etc.
i. Note that buyers cannot sell the artwork as a print unless paying unless paying the additional commercial fee.✦ Buyers are not to use the artworks as bases or templates unless stated otherwise.
i. Heavily referencing the artwork to then not credit me, the artist, as reference for the artwork also falls under this category.
ii. I expect to be credited as the source for any templates I make.✦ Buyers can ask for small changes after the final version of the commissioned item has been sent.
i. This can happen for free but also expect an fee if the changes require more detail, work or time.✦ Claim the commission item's motif as your own if it is.
i. Buyers cannot claim the commissioned artwork(s) as their own.✦ Buyers can promote themselves with the artwork from a commissioned piece.
i. There is no requirement to credit me in social media posts containing the artwork but it would be very appreciated!Updates to these Buyer Permmissions will be applied to commission items made before the update
